At Align & Alight, each candle is poured with intention and care. Because our products are handmade and personal in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 5 days of delivery at getglowing@alignandalight.com
To help us make it right, please include:
-Your order number
-A brief description of the issue
-Photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement
-A store credit
-A refund (in certain cases)
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered, Align & Alight, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly. That said, feel free to reach out- we'll always try to guide you where we can.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
5. Scent Preference
Scent is a personal experience, and we understand that not every fragrance resonates the same way for everyone. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference.
